Class age breakdown Youth:6-14 In Windsor Locks we offer a dedicated youth program for your children to enjoy. Family: 6+ In Granby we offer a rare opportunity for parents and kids to train together in a fun way! Adult: 14+ A private space for adults to train for self defense without all of the distractions of a class with young children
